TL;DR

Senior Creative Producer (Fintech): Managing the production and delivery of creative assets for Brand, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle functions with an accent on operational efficiency and cross-functional coordination. Focus on streamlining GTM creative pipelines, coordinating complex launch calendars, and managing external production partners to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Location: Hybrid (Must be commutable to New York City or San Francisco offices, 3-4 days per week)

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 + target equity

What you will do

  • Manage the GTM creative pipeline, owning intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery across Brand, PMM, and Lifecycle.
  • Translate campaign briefs into production-ready plans for designers, copywriters, and production partners.
  • Drive review cycles from start to finish and consolidate stakeholder feedback to maintain launch timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches by building timelines that account for dependencies across creative, copy, web, and email teams.
  • Maintain creative ops infrastructure, including project management tooling (Asana), asset libraries, and handoff processes.
  • Manage external vendors and freelancers, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of project management or creative operations experience within a marketing organization.
  • Experience running creative production for brand, product marketing, and lifecycle campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital campaign production and GTM processes (landing pages, paid social, email, etc.).
  • Proven experience onboarding and managing external agencies and freelance partners.
  • Expertise in project management tools at scale (e.g., Asana) and driving team adoption.
  • Must be based in or commutable to NYC or SF for a hybrid work environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with appointment-based or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with Figma for reviewing design files.
