What you will do

  • Manage corporate entity compliance and "Good Standing" status across the US and Canada.
  • Monitor intellectual property presence and execute cease-and-desist workflows to protect the brand.
  • Investigate complex consumer escalations and lead compliance training initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to implement systemic compliance improvements and reduce user friction.
  • Lead operational compliance audits to ensure practices meet and exceed regulatory standards.
  • Automate manual legal tasks using AI and low-code tools to create scalable workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with demonstrated high performance.
  • Proven track record of extreme resourcefulness, ownership, and the ability to close loops.
  • Strong interest and proficiency in using AI and technology to optimize workflows.
  • Impeccable attention to detail regarding regulatory filings and compliance audits.
  • Ability to thrive in high-performance, ambiguous startup environments with a deep sense of urgency.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada
