What you will do
- Serve as the internal and external brand steward, ensuring messaging cohesion across operator-facing trade materials and player-facing digital experiences.
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of master marketing campaigns spanning both B2B (operator) and B2C (player) audiences.
- Direct the integrated annual marketing plan, aligning campaigns with product launches and major industry events like G2E.
- Own operator marketing strategy, including trade marketing, sales enablement assets, and B2B content development.
- Oversee player marketing strategy, focusing on content marketing, social engagement, and compliance with responsible gaming standards.
- Manage the digital marketing capability, including programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, CRM, and marketing automation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with ownership of brand and integrated marketing for a global or multi-region business.
- Demonstrated track record of leading master campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences from concept through measurement.
- Experience marketing in regulated industries (e.g., gaming, hospitality, financial services) where both partner and consumer engagement are critical.
- Deep expertise in brand management, creative governance, and integrated marketing communications.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, US
Nice to have
- Prior marketing leadership experience specifically in gaming or casino operator marketing.
- Familiarity with responsible gaming standards and gaming regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience leading marketing for a portfolio combining hardware, content, and recurring-revenue services.
- MBA from a top-tier program with a focus on marketing, brand, or strategy.
