TL;DR

Marketing Lead (Gamedev): Drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation across global markets for a leading provider of art, animation, VFX, and engineering services for the video game industry with an accent on client engagement. Focus on crafting compelling content, executing digital campaigns, and supporting event strategy to build presence among the world's leading developers and publishers.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, San Francisco, Denver, Seattle, or Los Angeles.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to elevate the company's global profile.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact content, including case studies, blogs, and videos.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like LinkedIn and email.
  • Support event strategy and execution for industry conferences, creating collateral and coordinating with teams.
  • Track marketing KPIs and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with global teams across sales, production, PR, and HR to align messaging and timing.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in gaming, tech, entertainment, or creative services.
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills.
  • Experience building and executing digital campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the video game development pipeline and creative service providers.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and ABM (account-based marketing).
  • International marketing or multi-language content experience.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video production, or presentation design tools.
