What you will do

• Build a robust pipeline by managing a high volume of inbound leads.
• Secure multiple $25k+ deals monthly using a consultative and structured sales methodology.
• Conduct live product demos to showcase hirify.global’s value and address functional inquiries.
• Actively manage pipeline progression and communicate deal status to leadership.
• Collaborate with the sales team to establish and share GTM best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of quota-carrying closing sales experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to close business using repeatable processes.
• Comfort with a high-velocity motion closing $25-50k ACV deals.
• Must permanently reside in the United States.
• Excellent prioritization skills to handle large volumes of prospects.
• Passion for AI and how AI-based solutions impact business operations.
