TL;DR

Key Account Director (SaaS): Leading growth and strategic expansion within hirify.global's most important enterprise accounts with an accent on solution selling and multi-threaded engagement. Focus on driving adoption of API platform solutions and designing tailored value propositions for C-suite stakeholders.

Location: Remote, but must be based in the Seattle area to visit customers in the territory.

Salary: $320,000 – $420,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 and cloud-first companies.
  • Engage with senior technology leaders (CIOs, CTOs, VPs) to position hirify.global as a critical platform solution.
  • Drive multi-threaded sales campaigns to convert massive developer adoption into enterprise-wide value.
  • Lead complex solution sales cycles covering collaboration, security, API governance, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Design tailored value propositions that demonstrate ROI and impact at scale.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional engagement with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with a track record in strategic account management.
  • Experience selling technical platform products such as developer tools, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven success in solution selling and driving multi-million dollar expansion deals.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations with thousands of users and multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in emerging technologies, specifically agentic AI and workflow automation.
  • Must be based in the Seattle area to facilitate customer visits.
