TL;DR

Account Director Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Leading complex enterprise deals and owning multi-stakeholder sales cycles for organizations with 1,500+ employees with an accent on executive relationship building and strategic account planning. Focus on applying MEDDPICC and Force Management principles to drive forecast accuracy and maximize long-term customer value.

Location: Remote, must be based in Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego, or Irvine)

Compensation: $280K - $320K OTE

What you will do

  • Lead complex enterprise opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams across Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Product.
  • Build and maintain C-suite and business leadership relationships within organizations of 1,500+ employees.
  • Execute value-based selling and shape narratives to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage sales cycles and forecasting using MEDDPICC and Force Management methodologies.
  • Develop multi-year account strategies to expand hirify.global's footprint within enterprise customers.
  • Proactively generate a high-quality pipeline through strategic prospecting and account development.

Requirements

  • Proven success in enterprise software or SaaS sales for organizations with 1,500+ employees.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and/or Force Management methodologies.
  • Ability to generate pipeline independently via strategic prospecting.
  • Experience leading cross-functional deal teams to close large enterprise agreements.
  • Must be based in Southern California.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance sales productivity and engagement.
