What you will do

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to small businesses to promote accounting and bookkeeping services.
  • Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing funnels and lead magnets.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing their business needs.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the internal sales team.
  • Handle objections using provided scripts and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recent experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to learn and explain details regarding accounting and bookkeeping services.
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
