Location: Fully Remote (Pretoria, South Africa)

Salary: $800 - $1,000 monthly

What you will do

Reach out via calls to interested contacts
Start conversations and qualify leads based on provided criteria
Book appointments for the sales team
Follow up with leads consistently
Update CRM and keep records organized

Requirements

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Previous experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or similar outreach role
Comfortable with outbound messaging and follow-ups
Organized and responsive

Nice to have

Experience using GHL and outreach tools
Experience working within the recruitment niche
