Location: WFH in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines. Shift: 4:00AM–1:00PM PH time (9:00AM–6:00PM NZDT).

Staffing firm providing outbound sales support for a New Zealand client in the health and safety industry.

What you will do

• Conduct 60–80 outbound calls daily to update customer info, present products, and capture notes in CRM.
• Promote upsell/cross-sell opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups for sales team.
• Maintain database accuracy by updating records, flagging issues, and ensuring data compliance.
• Prospect new B2B leads using scripts to generate qualified opportunities.
• Handle customer queries professionally and contribute to team culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation
• Strong verbal communication, phone manner, and rapport-building skills
• CRM or cloud database experience
• Ability to follow scripts, manage data entry with attention to detail
• Reliable for independent remote work in Philippines time zone

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B customers
• Knowledge of health, safety, or compliance industries
• Managing large databases (10,000+ records)
