Outbound Account Management Specialist (Sales): Delivering high-quality customer outreach to existing B2B customers and new prospects with an accent on outbound calling, upsell/cross-sell, and lead generation. Location: WFH in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines. Shift: 4:00AM–1:00PM PH time (9:00AM–6:00PM NZDT).

What you will do
- Conduct 60–80 outbound calls daily to update customer info, present products, and capture notes in CRM.
- Promote upsell/cross-sell opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups for sales team.
- Maintain database accuracy by updating records, flagging issues, and ensuring data compliance.
- Prospect new B2B leads using scripts to generate qualified opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and contribute to team culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation
- Strong verbal communication, phone manner, and rapport-building skills
- CRM or cloud database experience
- Ability to follow scripts, manage data entry with attention to detail
- Reliable for independent remote work in Philippines time zone
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B customers
- Knowledge of health, safety, or compliance industries
- Managing large databases (10,000+ records)
- Familiarity with New Zealand or Australian business environments
