What you will do

• Manage all aspects of Customer AR, including past due collections and account reconciliation.
• Apply on-account cash and credit memos while identifying and reporting disputed invoices.
• Collaborate with sales, customer solutions, and B2B management to resolve payment issues.
• Mitigate customer risk by reviewing credit and setting appropriate credit lines according to policies.
• Ensure adherence to organizational requirements and standard operating procedures for receivables.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of business-to-business or consumer collection experience.
• Proven track record in dispute reconciliation, account troubleshooting, and customer-facing meetings.
• Extensive experience with invoicing and high-volume account management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (strong Excel skills), SAP, Get Paid, and Tableau.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid 3x a week in the Dublin, OH office.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
