Location: Hybrid; required to work in the Conshohocken, PA office once a week
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to Account Managers and Benefit Specialists within the Enterprise team.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve team performance, efficiency, and client outcomes.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance professional growth and engagement.
- Oversee quality assurance of client deliverables to ensure compliance with internal and client standards.
- Design and manage the operational client service and onboarding experience for the Enterprise segment.
- Act as a primary escalation point for complex client issues and lead enterprise-level service projects.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Conshohocken, PA office once a week.
- Life, Health & Accident license is required.
- Minimum of five years of client service experience in benefits brokerage, insurance, or administration.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage direct reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
