Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to Account Managers and Benefit Specialists within the Enterprise team.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve team performance, efficiency, and client outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance professional growth and engagement.
• Oversee quality assurance of client deliverables to ensure compliance with internal and client standards.
• Design and manage the operational client service and onboarding experience for the Enterprise segment.
• Act as a primary escalation point for complex client issues and lead enterprise-level service projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Conshohocken, PA office once a week.
• Life, Health & Accident license is required.
• Minimum of five years of client service experience in benefits brokerage, insurance, or administration.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage direct reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
