TL;DR
Benefits Planner (Financial Services): Providing benefits optimization reviews and comprehensive financial planning services to highly compensated executives with an accent on investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management. Location: Remote - Nationwide (US). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. No visa sponsorship.
Salary: $87,400 - $123,400

What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with highly compensated executives
- Optimize benefits for executives initially and annually, acting as the benefits expert
- Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual needs and goals
- Recommend, implement, and review investment strategies aligned with risk tolerance
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies
- Support team leadership and foster a collaborative environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) required
- FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 and 65 required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Proficiency in financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, Naviplan, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have
- Life Insurance Licensing
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
- Experience working with highly compensated plan participants
