What you will do

• Develop 1- and 3-year strategic plans for GBSG Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership.
• Partner with HR and Business Operations to monitor key performance and spend metrics.
• Lead, coach, and influence a team of 5-6 seasoned finance professionals.
• Streamline, standardize, and automate financial processes and reporting.
• Prepare month-end close packages and forecast drivers to ensure business transparency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership with data-backed recommendations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
• Background in FP&A, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS Revenue modeling.
• MBA degree.
