What you will do

• Build and lead a top-tier accounting organization, including Controller’s Group, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Financial Systems.
• Execute the SEC-readiness process to ensure the company is prepared for a potential public offering.
• Develop and implement a formal control framework in compliance with SOX 404 for month-end close and reporting.
• Review consolidated financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Prepare strategic analyses on income statement presentation, non-GAAP disclosures, and key KPIs.
• Collaborate with the CFO and the Audit Committee to address critical accounting matters and action plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in an SEC-compliant organization or as an auditor for an SEC-filer.
• CPA certification is required.
• BS Degree in Accounting or a related field (MBA/MSA is a plus).
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing accounting teams.
• Experience thriving in dynamic, fast-paced, and fluid environments.
