Senior Product Integration Engineer (Mechanical/Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead integration of vehicle subsystems in CATIA V6, managing the master CAD assembly, spatial compliance, clearances, and interfaces.
• Own the Digital Mock-Up and conduct clash, clearance, and configured-build validation across vehicle variants.
• Manage ENOVIA product structures, lifecycle states, engineering changes, effectivity, option codes, and the 150% Master Product Structure.
• Define Interface Control Documents and manage mounting and interface strategies between hardware modules.
• Track vehicle mass properties, center of gravity, and weight distribution.
• Coordinate Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Management stakeholders, including leading weekly Change Review Board meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–6+ years of experience in automotive product integration, packaging, or systems engineering.
• Advanced professional experience with CATIA V6 or 3DEXPERIENCE, including large assembly management.
• Deep understanding of ENOVIA PLM architecture, BOM management, part numbering, and release workflows.
• Experience with vehicle architecture, occupant packaging, and regulatory clearance requirements.
• Strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing knowledge for component fitment validation.
