What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and liaison for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through the identification and execution of upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals to maintain high customer retention rates.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to advocate for product enhancements.
  • Lead regular executive business reviews (EBRs) and provide data-driven performance reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales.
  • Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving growth goals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating with senior-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Expertise in building and executing detailed strategic account plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including storytelling and presentation abilities.

Nice to have

  • Background in IT management software, cybersecurity solutions, or MSP ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology; MBA is a plus.
