What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and liaison for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive revenue growth through the identification and execution of upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Proactively manage contract renewals to maintain high customer retention rates.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to advocate for product enhancements.
- Lead regular executive business reviews (EBRs) and provide data-driven performance reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales.
- Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving growth goals.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating with senior-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Expertise in building and executing detailed strategic account plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including storytelling and presentation abilities.
Nice to have
- Background in IT management software, cybersecurity solutions, or MSP ecosystems.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology; MBA is a plus.
