What you will do

  • Design and deliver scalable enablement programs across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding and product adoption.
  • Establish role-based curricula and learning programs for Customer Success Managers and Implementation Consultants.
  • Create and evolve post-sales resources, including playbooks, frameworks, and process guidance.
  • Equip CSMs with tools to deliver effective Business Impact Reviews and articulate ROI to senior stakeholders.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and targeted training to improve technical confidence and problem-solving.
  • Analyze performance data and call insights to identify skill gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Professional Services within B2B SaaS.
  • 2-4 years of dedicated Enablement or field readiness experience.
  • Proven ability to build scalable programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise post-sales teams.
  • Strong familiarity with post-sales tooling such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Gong.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within an LMS or enablement platform, particularly WorkRamp.
  • Exposure to CMMS or industrial SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product, education, or organizational development.
