What you will do
- Design and deliver scalable enablement programs across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding and product adoption.
- Establish role-based curricula and learning programs for Customer Success Managers and Implementation Consultants.
- Create and evolve post-sales resources, including playbooks, frameworks, and process guidance.
- Equip CSMs with tools to deliver effective Business Impact Reviews and articulate ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and targeted training to improve technical confidence and problem-solving.
- Analyze performance data and call insights to identify skill gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Professional Services within B2B SaaS.
- 2-4 years of dedicated Enablement or field readiness experience.
- Proven ability to build scalable programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise post-sales teams.
- Strong familiarity with post-sales tooling such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Gong.
Nice to have
- Experience working within an LMS or enablement platform, particularly WorkRamp.
- Exposure to CMMS or industrial SaaS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product, education, or organizational development.
