TL;DR

Account Executive - Mid Market (SaaS): Partnering with mid-sized businesses to enhance employee experience through consultative sales of ITSM and onboarding tools with an accent on value-based conversations and relationship building. Focus on managing the full sales cycle from proactive prospecting to closing mid-market opportunities.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, US) - Onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tues-Thurs) from the Boston office

Salary: $100,000 - $141,450 Base Salary + variable compensation and equity

What you will do

  • Lead value-based conversations with mid-market customers to offer tailored ITSM and employee engagement solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and virtual selling.
  • Guide buying teams through the decision-making process using a consultative and empathetic approach.
  • Manage and close mid-sized opportunities from initial negotiation to final agreement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS or mid-market sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills to drive customer value.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, preferably within the employee experience (EX) domain.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Must be able to work from the Boston office 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs)
