TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS/Data Partnerships): Driving growth for the OEM PNL by forging strategic data partnerships and integrating hirify.global's data into partner products with an accent on high-impact data licensing. Focus on managing complex enterprise deals, achieving $1M+ ARR quotas, and identifying new data utilization use cases.

Location: Hybrid in Burlington, MA. Must have valid US work authorization; company is unable to sponsor employment visas.

Salary: Base $90,000 – $115,000, with a maximum target OTE of up to $230,000.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute strategies to achieve an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) quota of $1M+.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of OEM partnerships for those integrating hirify.global data into their own products.
  • Identify and secure high-impact strategic data partnerships to fuel company growth.
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads to drive partnership expansion and renewals.
  • Provide a consultative, insights-driven sales experience to resolve customer issues and handle objections.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in SaaS or data-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex enterprise deals and renewals.
  • Strong understanding of digital metrics and online marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Must be based in the Burlington, Massachusetts area.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
