Salary: $69,000 β $121,500

What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks for senior leaders, focusing on SMD compensation and identifying workflow inefficiencies.
- Implement standardized HR processes across business segments to maintain a consistent "one-firm" approach.
- Act as a primary liaison between HR Operations, Regional HR, and Global Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Administer the SMD lifecycle and KSIP program, managing onboarding, promotions, transitions, and separations.
- Provide guidance on global HR standards to ensure a consistent experience for all SMDs across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree from a four-year College or University.
- 3+ years of experience in HR with a focus on projects, process improvement, and change management.
- Current authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis; sponsorship is not provided.
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices as required.
Nice to have
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
- Experience with Workday or similar CRM, Onboarding, and Performance Management systems.
- Broad HR experience across payroll, benefits, compensation, and recruiting.
- Experience executing process improvements in a complex, global matrixed environment.
