Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win account strategy and execution for strategic federal customers.
• Act as the accountable technical leader for onboarding, enablement, and successful go-live of hirify.global workloads.
• Collaborate with sales and field engineering to drive platform adoption and growth.
• Coordinate with Professional Services (PS) to deliver engagement proposals and accelerate production.
• Manage executive and operational governance, providing KPI reporting on usage and customer health.
• Navigate internal Product and Engineering teams to implement innovations and private previews.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government secret clearance are required.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as technical architecture, consulting, or customer success.
• Solid understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
