What you will do
- Coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of features into production across multiple technical teams.
- Create and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and prioritize all associated technical requirements.
- Identify required system changes for new capabilities and collaborate with SDMs to estimate implementation effort.
- Develop implementation plans across teams and report progress against technical milestones to stakeholders.
- Analyze metrics and data to drive quantified improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Write effective narratives and program updates to be presented to stakeholders and the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- 7+ years of overall experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and critical path management.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses.
- Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA.
- Experience using data analysis to uncover actionable insights.
