What you will do

• Manage the global accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Oversee travel and expense policies, systems, and processes to ensure optimization and compliance.
• Support month-end close accruals and accounts payable reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A for seamless financial operations and reporting.
• Manage a team of AP contractors and employees, providing support and ensuring high-quality output.
• Identify and implement automated processes and reporting to improve efficiency and speed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting roles.
• Experience working with international subsidiaries and knowledge of VAT.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, Navan, or similar accounting software.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California to meet hybrid office requirements.
