Salary: $124,000 - $186,000 (base annual)

What you will do

• Own and grow strategic DoD and Public Sector accounts as primary contact for executives and operations.
• Drive full sales cycles from discovery to close, including technical validation and negotiations.
• Position hirify.global AI security solutions within broader account strategies and mission priorities.
• Engage CISO, CIO, CTO, AI/ML, and compliance leaders to align on security objectives.
• Build relationships with Systems Integrators, VARs, and Federal partners.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and provide market intelligence using CRM tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years in DoD/Public Sector sales with proven quota attainment
• Experience with Federal procurement/contracting processes
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
• Success in complex consultative sales with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI solutions preferred.
• Strong executive engagement and partner management skills.
