TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Security): Promoting and educating on Axis solutions to federal government clients in the Mid-Atlantic region with an accent on maintaining customer relations and conducting product demonstrations. Focus on tailoring presentations to customer needs and utilizing technical skills to showcase the Axis portfolio.

Location: Remote (US), must currently reside in or around the Baltimore/Washington DC area.

Salary: $150,000 to $165,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on Axis solutions.
  • Maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers.
  • Arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars.
  • Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Partners.
  • Recommend proper solutions and adequate product comparisons.
  • Manage sales activity and reporting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in or around the Baltimore/Washington DC area.
  • Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor a presentation to meet customer needs.
  • 5+ years’ in sales driven position (at least 2 years of sales experience is preferred).
  • Strong technical background and learning agility to become proficient at demoing all software and technology in the Axis portfolio.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Public speaking skills.
