Regional Sales Manager (US Federal Government)

Location: Remote, must currently reside in or around the Baltimore/Washington DC area, USA

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 OTE

What you will do

• Promote and educate partners and end-users on Axis solutions.
• Maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers.
• Arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and speaking seminars.
• Work cohesively with hirify.global’ Partners.
• Recommend proper solutions and adequate product comparisons.
• Manage sales activity and reporting using Salesforce.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales-driven experience, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Currently reside in or around the Baltimore/Washington DC area.
• Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor a presentation to meet customer needs.
• Strong technical background and learning agility to become proficient at demoing all software and technology in the Axis portfolio.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Public speaking skills.
