TL;DR

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually (OTE)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for major end-customer accounts with a focus on multi-year, multi-region relationships.
  • Strategically manage accounts to deepen the relationship across product lines and geographical boundaries.
  • Lead the sale and implementation process, including delivering proposals and managing pilot installations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources between sales, business development, marketing, and technical services.
  • Perform account design tasks such as site surveys, camera placement, and 3rd party integration recommendations.
  • Maintain precise documentation of product configurations and account progress in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge of the physical security market and video transport protocols.
  • High level of technical ability for conducting proof of concepts, pilots, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Must be based in the USA.
