What you will do

• Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for Corporate Communications Applications.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate IT strategies into prioritized outcomes and measurable business value.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, conducting build-vs-buy analyses and driving platform investments.
• Track KPIs to measure adoption and engagement, optimizing product performance via user feedback.
• Champion a consistent digital employee experience across desktop, mobile, and web endpoints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital workplace, or SaaS applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise communication tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, or WorkJam.
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and cross-team delivery using Jira.
• Must have US work authorization; no sponsorship provided now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, HCI, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise technology roles.
• Experience leading migrations from on-prem to modern cloud and AI platforms.
• Background in user research, service design, or design thinking.
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
