What you will do

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for hirify.global Date to achieve measurable changes in member behavior.
• Coordinate Engineering, Design, and Data teams to align discovery and delivery.
• Conduct weekly continuous discovery, opportunity mapping, and assumption testing.
• Mitigate value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks through lightweight prototypes.
• Integrate AI into the PM craft for hypothesis generation, research synthesis, and prototyping.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to balance user needs, commercial goals, and platform integrity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer tech or marketplaces.
• Proven track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas and translating strategy into execution.
• Expertise in product discovery, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.
• AI-native approach to PM work, utilizing AI to prototype, test, and ship features.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
