Salary: €105,000 - €130,000

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, nurturing relationships up to the C-suite.
- Orchestrate technical implementations in collaboration with Customer Engineering teams.
- Monitor customer performance and resolve open issues to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Develop and execute growth plans to maximize customer expansion and retention.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the feature roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Advise customers on digital priorities and e-commerce trends to drive business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing, consulting, or sales management experience in SaaS (AI, marketing, or ecommerce technology preferred).
- Proven experience engaging with middle management and C-level executive personas.
- Technical aptitude and experience working closely with technical teams.
- Strong understanding of emerging digital and e-commerce trends.
- Must be based in the EMEA region (Remote - Europe).
- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives or enterprise technology implementations.
- Background supporting developers, DevOps, or platform teams in enterprise environments.
- Fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
- Proficiency with Hubspot, Sigma, Coda, or headless CMS and modern web frameworks.
