Salary: $155,480 - $194,350 USD

What you will do

• Support corporate governance, including board and committee materials, resolutions, and maintenance of corporate records.
• Assist with strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, and financing.
• Manage subsidiary governance and compliance across domestic and international jurisdictions.
• Oversee equity-related matters, including award documentation, cap table coordination, and 409A processes.
• Develop corporate policies, compliance initiatives, and risk management processes as the company scales globally.
• Build and improve legal templates, playbooks, and operational workflows to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 4–7 years of relevant legal experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong foundation in corporate law, commercial transactions, and corporate governance.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco or Bellevue offices.
