What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems to automate complex, multi-step business processes.
• Develop agent orchestration using frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
• Design secure tool-calling architectures for LLM interaction with internal databases, CRMs, and APIs.
• Implement LLMOps/AgentOps best practices and optimize data pipelines providing context to AI.
• Mitigate AI-specific security risks, including prompt injection, hallucination loops, and unauthorized tool execution.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics, or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years specifically in Generative AI, LLMs, or cognitive architectures.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, and proficiency in Rust.
• Deep understanding of agentic design patterns (e.g., ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflection, Tree of Thoughts).
• Experience with vector/graph databases and RAG architectures (e.g., GraphRAG, hybrid search).
• Must be based in the US (compensation is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.).
