What you will do

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Azure AI Search and vector databases.
• Build and operationalize agents via Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI features and conversational agents.
• Drive quality through automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation of success criteria.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering field.
• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1-2+ years of experience working specifically on AI-powered systems or products.
• Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
• Experience with data ingestion, ETL pipelines, and vector retrieval strategies.
• Must have authorization to work in the US and be located in one of the specified cities.
