What you will do

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems integrating LLMs with enterprise data using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Develop RAG applications leveraging Azure AI Search, vector databases, and secure enterprise connectors.
• Build and operationalize conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and align technical AI solutions with business goals.
• Drive quality through automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation of user adoption and efficiency.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering field.
• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including 1-2+ years working on AI-powered systems.
• Proficiency in Python and comfort with C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
• Experience in data ingestion, ETL pipelines, and vector database retrieval strategies.
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical audiences.
