What you will do

• Build custom AI-powered applications and multi-agent pipelines to orchestrate data across people, finance, and enterprise systems.
• Own the end-to-end development of secure, production-grade internal tools, including AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Design and implement secure API integrations to ensure reliable data flow between HR platforms.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, recruiters, and leadership to translate business requirements into usable software.
• Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks to drive the technical roadmap and short-cycle experiments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML APIs and LLM integrations, including building agents and RAG pipelines.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS).
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for applications handling sensitive personal data.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Anaplan.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
• Experience with low-code/pro-code app builders such as Superblocks or Lovable.
• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).
