Location: New York City office, hybrid with 3 days in-office per week (Thursdays required)

Salary: $180,504 - $236,911 per year

What you will do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products from prototypes to production systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to understand needs and deliver metric-moving solutions.
• Experiment with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Build and scale full-stack applications and intelligent agents for healthcare workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to AI strategy and technical vision.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, data science, or related field with impactful accomplishments
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience solving complex, ambiguous problems
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments or evaluations
• Experience or interest in prototyping full-stack applications

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare industry, claims, or clinical data
• Degree in math, statistics, data science, or engineering
• Experience with NLP, neural networks, transformers, modern AI frameworks
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) or full-stack development (React, Golang)
• Experimental mindset for testing hypotheses
