Location: Hybrid (3x a week) in Chicago, Illinois, United States
Salary: Base $125,000 - $140,000, OTE $230,000 - $260,000

What you will do
- Lead and develop an elite enterprise sales team to drive aggressive US market growth.
- Own the delivery of new business targets and ensure a high-velocity pipeline.
- Utilize Salesforce and qualification frameworks like MEDDICC for accurate forecasting and deal validation.
- Coach sellers to move beyond transactional pitching toward earnest, value-based discovery.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals and maintain executive presence with senior stakeholders.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management using rigorous talent rubrics.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in leading value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Command of Message, or Jolt.
- Proven track record in a high-growth marketplace environment.
- Experienced people leader skilled in honest, direct performance conversations (e.g., Radical Candor, Lencioni).
- Ability to execute structured call plans and lead discovery processes rooted in business-pain identification.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Chicago hub (Hybrid 3x/week).
