What you will do
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial discovery calls to signed agreements.
- Execute discovery-first selling to diagnose specific needs of home care agency owners.
- Maintain a high-velocity pipeline with rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
- Craft and deliver tailored product demos addressing unique agency hurdles.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Success, and Leadership to refine sales strategy.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships via Zoom.
- High degree of CRM discipline and experience with HubSpot.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where playbooks are evolving.
- Experience in Home Care or Healthtech is a significant plus.
