Location: Remote, must be based in the US. NYC candidates may work from a shared space 2–3 days per week.

hirify.global is a Care Intelligence platform that translates everyday signals in seniors' homes into actionable clinical and operational insights for home care agencies.

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial discovery calls to signed agreements.
  • Execute discovery-first selling to diagnose specific needs of home care agency owners.
  • Maintain a high-velocity pipeline with rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Craft and deliver tailored product demos addressing unique agency hurdles.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Success, and Leadership to refine sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships via Zoom.
  • High degree of CRM discipline and experience with HubSpot.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where playbooks are evolving.
  • Experience in Home Care or Healthtech is a significant plus.
