What you will do

• Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple calendars.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate interview logistics.
• Ensure candidates remain informed and supported throughout the hiring journey.
• Provide administrative support for hiring operations and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 2–3 days per week.
