What you will do
- Provide technical sales support across the full product and solutions portfolio.
- Design network monitoring and visibility architectures for top enterprise customers.
- Lead and manage all customer proof of concepts (PoCs) and product evaluations from design to completion.
- Deliver in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners, and at industry events.
- Act as the primary communication conduit between the field and corporate teams regarding technical issues and product feedback.
- Build and manage key end-user technical relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 3–7 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in networking, security, or cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with networking platforms, virtualization, cloud, and containerization technologies.
- English proficiency for technical and business purposes (documentation, email, and conference calls).
- Experience owning technical workstreams in complex sales cycles and collaborating with channel partners.
- Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Nice to have
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IPS, WAF, NDR, NPM, APM, and SIEM.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, Cisco CCIE, Cisco CCNP, PMP, CISM, AWS, or Azure.
