What you will do
- Lead customer value discovery to uncover critical pains and translate them into measurable KPIs and executive win-themes.
- Design future-state architectures mapping capabilities to quantified business outcomes and risk reduction.
- Build executive-ready ROI/TCO models and business cases articulating economic impact and operational risk mitigation.
- Plan and execute PoV engagements with clear success criteria tied to outcome-based metrics and telemetry.
- Collaborate with sales teams using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC frameworks to drive revenue growth throughout the sales cycle.
- Leverage AI-enabled presales workflows for research, RFP/RFI drafting, and competitive analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or customer-facing technical presales.
- Strong hands-on expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Proven experience with value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Practical experience using AI tools (LLM copilots, prompt engineering) to accelerate presales productivity.
- Strong operational discipline with SFDC and exceptional executive storytelling skills.
