Salary: $105,000 - $130,500

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Supply Planning team for hirify.global and Loungefly, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Own the end-to-end supply planning process and manage key KPIs, including inventory turn.
• Collaborate with Distribution Centers to manage capacity and proactively mitigate supply risks.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align on priorities and trade-offs.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and agility.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
• Proven expertise in supply planning, inventory management, and team leadership.
• High proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Must be based in or local to Everett, WA or Burbank, CA.
