What you will do

• Monitor daily market risk and manage obligations in the event of a clearing member default.
• Conduct in-depth research on market, credit, and trading data to identify risks and develop mitigation processes.
• Perform credit and liquidity stress testing and escalate findings to senior management.
• Maintain risk models using programming skills and financial mathematics.
• Create reports for internal governance committees and prepare responses to ad hoc regulatory requests.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Bloomberg and relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle) using SQL.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate level of financial analysis knowledge.
• Must be based in Chicago for onsite work.
