Location: Boston, MA (Onsite, 3 locations, willingness to travel as needed)

Salary: $90,000 to $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Support client service teams on turnaround & restructuring engagements, executing modeling and client presentations.
• Build 13-week cash flow models, three-statement models, and pro-forma scenario models using business, finance, and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with T&R experts, other professionals, and clients to achieve engagement objectives.
• Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Participate in marketing, client pitches, and practice development in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis in Excel, including three-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analyses.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data, interpret results, and develop insights.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA (or equivalent), or technical/GAAP accounting expertise.
