What you will do

• Prepare and review quarterly client reporting for private equity, real estate, and credit funds.
• Analyze quantitative fund and portfolio company performance for investor reports.
• Liaise with administrators and sponsors to validate data and understand valuation drivers.
• Draft investor communications, including capital call and distribution notices.
• Serve as a private equity product specialist for relationship managers and clients.
• Coordinate internal compliance reviews and ensure timely distribution of reports.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in hedge funds, private equity, or real estate.
• Strong business writing and investor communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and presentation.
• Must be based in or able to work in the Salt Lake City office Monday-Thursday.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
