Fund Reporting - Analyst / Associate (Private Markets)

Location: Hong Kong, China; office-based Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday

What you will do

• Monitor underlying fund performance across private equity, private credit, and real asset offerings.
• Prepare call summaries, investment updates, talking points, performance analytics, and fund-level financial models.
• Track macroeconomic developments through regular engagement with fund managers.
• Attend Annual General Meetings on behalf of hirify.global and communicate fund updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the internal Confluence fund monitoring database.
• Prepare analysis for governance projects, including secondary sales and investment oversight decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; experience in private markets, investment banking, asset management, or investment consulting is beneficial.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling, with required proficiency in Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Interest in and willingness to learn about alternative investments.
• Ability to work in the Hong Kong office Monday–Thursday and remotely on Friday; willingness to travel up to approximately 10% as required.

Nice to have

• Progress toward the CFA or CAIA designation.
• Familiarity with valuation methodologies such as DCF and peer comparables.
