TL;DR

Business Analyst (Consulting): Primary liaison to business stakeholders for requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and quality assurance of technical deliverables with an accent on federal standards and process reengineering. Focus on developing performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau to support strategic planning.

Location: Must be based in Washington DC and able to work on site daily. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Salary: Midpoint of the range is $80,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison to business stakeholders for requirements gathering and documentation.
• Document CONOPS, business process reengineering artifacts, and use cases.
• Perform testing and quality assurance for dashboards, analytics, and technical tools.
• Develop performance metrics and KPIs using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Support strategic planning deliverables, performance documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
• Experience documenting business processes using LSS, ISO 9001, PMBOK, and federal standards.
• Proficiency with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and analytic tools (Python, Alteryx, R).
• Familiarity with OMB Circulars A-11, A-123, and GAO's Green Book.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
