Salary: $107,500 - $188,400 USD

What you will do

• Define and maintain an enterprise reporting framework to support operational, tactical, and executive needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of reporting analysts, evolving their skills in design and automation.
• Oversee the design and optimization of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Own reporting governance processes, including intake, prioritization, and quality control standards.
• Partner with technology and governance teams to align reporting solutions with enterprise data architecture.
• Evaluate the use of AI and agentic AI to enhance forecasting and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience leading analysts or managing reporting teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from the local offices in New York City, Clayton, or Chicago.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-quality reporting solutions.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics.
• BI or analytics certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
