Salary: $150,000 - $190,000

hirify.global is a global multi-manager hedge fund investing across Quant, Tactical, Fundamental Equity, and Discretionary Macro & Fixed Income strategies.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Credit COO to translate business and infrastructure initiatives into detailed growth plans.
  • Coordinate PM onboarding, including pre-launch testing, market data entitlements, and trading-system connectivity.
  • Design KPI dashboards and lead cost/benefit cases for data, analytics, and technology spend.
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects across operations, treasury, compliance, and technology.
  • Manage the vendor lifecycle for trading and analytics platforms, including contract negotiation and SLA governance.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in business management, COO, or product roles on the Buy-Side (hedge fund, asset manager) or sell-side fixed income.
  • Must be based in New York.
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Income or Credit products.
  • Fluency with trading technologies, including order/execution-management systems and market-data feeds.
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel/VBA (must); Python, SQL, or PowerBI are strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
