What you will do

• Perform a full gap analysis of finance systems architecture and build a 24-month roadmap.
• Implement automated balance-sheet reconciliation processes fit for high-volume B2B2C and MVNE activity.
• Lead the adoption and integration of a new holistic billing solution with other financial systems.
• Design and implement SOX-standard controls across O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit to remediate findings and compress month-end close to ≤5 business days.
• Serve as a cross-functional bridge between Controllership, FP&A, Engineering, RevOps, Legal, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualification with top-tier practice grounding and startup/scale-up delivery experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (or similar), billing/CRM integrations, PRD writing, and UAT.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15, multi-entity/multi-currency, IFRS 3, and consolidations.
• Advanced financial modelling capability.
• Proven experience working with product and engineering teams to deliver automated financial systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in Telco, MVNE, or MVNO.
• Exposure to IPO readiness or public-company controls and reporting.
• Advanced data skills such as SQL, Python, or BI tools for diagnostics.
