What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory and accounts.
  • Build and maintain an active opportunity pipeline through proactive industry and market networking.
  • Establish strategic, long-lasting relationships with CXO, Business, and IT leaders.
  • Lead cross-functional internal teams to conceptualize and present customer-facing solutions.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including demand generation, scoping, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Collaborate with Salesforce account teams to leverage subject matter experts for pre- and post-sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Based in the US or Canada (Eastern Time).
  • 5+ years of enterprise professional services sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Partner.
  • Ability to carry an annual quota in excess of $3 Million USD.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
  • Strong executive presence and experience negotiating large contracts and facilitating legal conversations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Salesforce Enterprise Retail and Consumer Goods sectors.
  • MBA degree.
  • Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Pardot, or Community Cloud.
